1. 14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of any plan. No credit card is required during the trial, so no charges occur and no refund is needed if you decide not to continue.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime from the billing dashboard — your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
To calculate the refund: total paid minus the value of months already used at the equivalent monthly rate.
4. Add-Ons & One-Time Purchases
- SMS/email credits: non-refundable once added to your balance.
- Onboarding & migration services: non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Custom integrations: governed by the signed statement of work.
5. Service Outages
If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime SLA in a given month, you are entitled to service credits per the SLA terms. Service credits cannot be exchanged for cash but offset future invoices.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@ibilling.com from the registered account email with:
- Your account ID or company name
- The invoice number you are referencing
- A brief reason for the refund request
We respond within 2 business days and approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first before filing a chargeback. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Use.
