1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iBilling (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use iBilling. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice.
3. Account & Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials you failed to protect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of telecom regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections.
- Resell or sublicense access without a written reseller agreement.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to overload our infrastructure.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via the status page. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or customer-managed integrations.
7. Intellectual Property
iBilling and all associated trademarks, software, and content are the property of iBilling and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload; we receive a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail payment, or pose a security risk. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBilling's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iBilling is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by local law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
